IFB service in bangalore is quite pathetic and even senior mmanagement is not listening.
I logged original call on 18 march (1635661) and paid close to 4000 rupees for service rendered. The service engineer did not have patience to test his work and left the place after collecting money. Later when I checked the machine, It is vibrating a lot a making lot of noise which was not present before the repair. This tells obvious problem with quality of service or parts replaced.
I followed up enumerable times with Mrs Anita and service engineers (mohan, raghavendra and few others). Always I got reply that they are coming but nobody turned even on staurdays.
I again formally logged one more complaint on 26 apr (1729413) for the same. Still there is no action. Harinidhi folks were also suppopse to come back if they could locate warranty details as they promised to return money in case they find warranty details in plant record.
10 days befor I spoke to Senior manager named Dheeraj, he assured to take approriate action and nothing happened after that as well.
I am surprised how IFB business will survive under such scenario.
