I bought IFB Washing machine (top loading) about 5 months back. The machine still in warranty period stopped working out of the blue. Lodged a complaint with the customer care n I was given a ticket number and said that it would be attended in a day or 2, but its been a week now and no service person has turned up. very disappointed with such poor service and ridiculously I received a call to get a feedback about the service done, when I complained about the poor service standards she just hung up the phone unlikely of a customer care person. I hope the company reads this.
