Very poor amc service

I made complaint over phone at bhatinda center but they did'nt responded me as the machine is not working from last four days and now they are not picking up my phone. I got my amc done in nov 08. Iam very much fed up from the amc services. Kindly do me a favour and help me out so that i can avail amc services.
