I have been trying to find out the mail id of the ifb washing machine customercare service on the internet. its nowhere available.even their franchisee for the customercare at jalandhar does not know the company's mail id. Isnt it depriving the customers to book their complaints with the company regarding the deficiency in their aftersale service.franchisees appointed by the company are out to fleece the cusomers by charging heavily for the minordefects.
