Sir in the month of Feb, 09 we bought new IFB Washing Machine it was working properly, in the month of june our service centre boy came and added Descal powder of IFB co., and asked us to switch off the machine after the wash course is completed. When the process was completed we noticed that the steel spin tub in the machine became decoloured and looking like that of an aluminium/indalium tub. When we hav complainted the same after two weeks the service boy wrote an complaint and suggested for the replacement of the tub its now four months there is no response from the service centre though calling for many number of times. Atlast we have decided to complain in a forum. Being a such big co., the assistance of the service centres is too bad.
