IFB / Washing Machine / Senetor
Machine is not drying the cloths and not draining

My uncle gift me this machine i.e. Senetor model. Which he bought from Arvindra Electronic, Sector 22, Chandigarh on just 12/12 through Canteen. I'm very astonished when no engg. come from the service centre after repeatdly complaint i made at number18604255678 from my Mobile no. I got the Ticket No. 2473326 through IFB Care on my Mobile. Now a week is gone but no one want to care. Is any body there can do some thing for me. Is any responsible person there in IFB.
