I am frm aalleppey in kerala. My washing machine had a noise and the technitians came home and said the compalint with the drum

i could not belive and i varified it in local laythe and there was no problem with the drum .when they came to know i found out that they tried to cheat the broke the socket holding the bearing. The name of the technitian is ajayan. They want me to take up the anual insuaranse.pls do the needful.my ph no 0477-2704426, 9495872677.
