I worked in i-flex Solutions Ltd from 19-Jun-06 to 08-Aug-08. When I resign i-flex I filed PF withdrawal form and hand over to my company officials. My company officials completed all the formalities related to PF withdrawal form and submitted to Regional Fund Commissioner Office in Kandivali (Mumbai) on 14th November. But till now I did not get my money. Necessary details are as follows:

Name of Employer: I-flex Solutions Ltd, Pune. (Currently know as Oracle Financial Services)
Date of Joining: 19 Jun.
Date of Reliving: 08 Aug.
I am requesting you please kindly look into this matter So that I can get my money.
