Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Leen Bansal resident of Pitam Pura, rohini zone,

has deposited cheque no. 49404 dated 25-01 with your

dealer "Yogmaya & company" ad Pitampura, and same was

cleared from my bank.

Please note that my house has not been provided by the LPG

connection whereas my all neighbours and flat owners

have got the connection and the meter has also been installed

to their home. We have complained several times regarding the

same to your customer care centre but all in vein to receive

any response from your side. We have managed to call

Mr. Dharmendar area contractor who has been carrying all the work of igl in our area contact no. 999089143 given by Yogmaya & company

and he promised to get the connection activated with immediate

response but even after so many reminders the connection not provided while now contractor have winded up all activities from our area.

We have been helplesly trying to get the connection done at our

place, and hereby request you to find me a solution for the same.
