Sir, i have completed my b.ed through ignou, with enrolnment no 050829130. i haven't received my grade card. i called up the authorities in delhi but there was no response. i have seen my grade card status, and have completed all my courses. i am in a great need of the grade card, because i have to apply for some sort of future projects. i had sent B.R. of rupees 150 for duplicate grade card . i had eclosed my adress, but till now i did not get any response. please take this subject as a serious matter because i am going to be the suffere
