IGNOU MCA assignment marks and Final Project viva

Hi

My name is Amit Jain. I am student of MCA. MY enrollment number is 02241534. After repeated followups still my assignment marks are not updated for CS-54 and for that reason it is still showing INCOMPLETE status for the subject after 2 years also.

Also I appeared for Final project viva last year and the examiner who was eating Samosa and talking on phone, asked me some question and then said go and than in last when result came out I was not given number in viva voce.

Due to his irresponsible behaviour I am suffering and not able to complete my MCA degree.

What should I do to resolve the problem of assignment marks.

I have resubmitted new final project report and till now I dont when will they conduct viva voce.
