Problem in date of issuance of Degree Certificate and marks sheet

I am in trouble my marks sheet of IGNOU B.A is issued after the dateb shown in degree certificate. my Degreeb certificate is issued in the March and marks sheet is issued in April. but i am in trouble that i have to submit the certificate and marks sheet in the depatment for entry in the SERVICE BOOK. kindly infom me that how to solve the problem?
