They are not providing the Diploma certificate of many of the eligible students

I had passed all the exams of my PGDM programme in 2008 and also i had submitted my fees.

Now, i am eligible for my Diploma certificate bud they are not providing me my certificate.

Also, there are many students like me in the college.
