Courier delieverd (website) but not received

I have posted article on saturday dated- 30.01.2010 to Bangalore through DTDC. In the internet it is showing that it is delivered but It hasn't reached the concerned person in Bangalore yet. So, Please confirm where is this article. The consignment no. is K38566283.

I had emailed them too and followed franchise person here, but they are not willing to reply me even. DTDC has got a very bad name in terms of customer satisfaction with poor service.
