Not recieved acknowledgement of jee application form

Sir, my name is amit kumar. I live in dhanbad which lies in IIT KHARAGPUR zone. I have posted my jee application form via speed post on 24th november. The last date of submiting application form was 24th december. I have not recieved my acknowlegdement till date.my application no. is 9510135.I wiil be highly obliged if you can give me the complete details as to why my acknowledgement letter is not recieved to me till date
