Sir,

1. On 02 Dec I had submitted an application for obtaining passport under 'Tadkaal' Scheme. And paid Rs.2500/- vide SBI DD.

2. The file number allotted to me is stated above.

3. It is regretted that even after lapse of 58 days till date I am not in receipt of the Passport. I have not received any communication on the subject from you.

4. I had personally approached/met PRO and submitted my representation twice

i.e. on 23 Dec and 31 Dec and he had promised me to do the needful.

5. It is not understood for the prolonged delay in spite of applying under 'Tadkaal' Scheme.

6. It is therefore, requested to either intimate the reason for delay or immediately issue the passport.
