Oker irregularity

Dear Sir/Madam

I have an account of Demat in IL&FS since 2008. It's poor technical support provided by the organisation due to which I suffer too much loss in between the year of 2009. Even it counts the calculation of amount with different rates and different value. I believe that nothing was wrong because of it is a sister concern of HSBC LTD, but When I feel that my amount was reducing fastly then I check it, showing wrong generated contract notes and by making of wrong value of selling rate and wrong index value. So I feel a lot of sorrow and I want to compensate with the organisation due to it's technical fault I got too much loss and I am not responsible for that. I use the facility of dial and trade and all transaction was made by me was with the help of telephonic. Sometimes due to phone and the fault of system of IL&FS I got huge loss.

So I kindly requested you to or from your organization that please solve my loss and dispute. I will be grateful to you and your organization.
