Dear sir,

i am a resident of Lal Kuan, Katra Sheikh Chand, Delhi, for a few day i have been noticing an illegal constructiön going on at H.no: 1812, Katra Sheikkh Chand, Lal Kuan, Delhi : 110006, the property is in the name of Mr. Shakil Ahmed, as they are illegaly casting roof of an additional floor on the 3rd floor in shadow of the recent rains. Please see to it.
