SUB- MCD WAS DESTROY THE UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION AFTER THE DEMOLISH ORDER BY COURT BUT THE PROPERTY IS AGAIN BUILD UP ILLEGALY
Dear Sir,
I want to drawn your kind attention towards the unauthorized construction bearing Property No- 9662-A, FOURTH FLOOR ISLAM GANJ DELHI-110006. The Unauthorized construction was found in this house by MCD officers. The court passed the Demolish order and MCD also demolished it on 22-01-09. But they (floor owner) gives bribe to the MCD officers and police officers to closed this matter and made the floor again on 27-02-09.
Please Look in this matter and help us for taking necessary action to remove unauthorized construction. The MCD officers are corrupted because after the demolition they take the bribes for building it again. So please help me in this matter.
