Hi I am Rakesh Pandey residing in C-18, Amar Colony, Nangloi

New Delhi-41.

My neighbour construct a toilet at street this is illegal construction. so many time i talk to him since 4 years but he is not respond to me in that case. I am and also so many neighbour are very feel inconvenience.

Please help me as soon as possible.
