I am Lokesh, using Imate-JAMA from last 4 months. Now i am facing a problem in it, its getting hanged after finishing any call. I am trying to restart it but its not starting hanged on a very first window. 5 days back my brother visited to your service center as my bill is somewhere from Mumbai somebody of service center said that it will not be repaired here in Delhi, we 'll have to go to Mumbai to repair it.
I sent a my IMEI number to service center's email id they given the below reason.
"This imei is not imported by Imate India, is being imported by Compact international and they give private warranty, so pls contact Compact international for this device."
Now issue is that if i am using Imate's cell then why i can not get service from Imate's service center.
