I had purchased an Imate Jama which was faulty and gave it to the authorised service centre of Imate, Kaizer Telecom, Crawford Market. Thereafter i received a call saying that their shop was robbed and that included my phone as well. It has been more than one month now and i have absolutely no clue as to what is being done.everytime i call them up the only reply i get is that they are trying to get the NOC from the Police and now i get to hear a new thing (since last one week) that they have recovered some phones and trying to ascertain if mine is one out of them.anybody who has faced the same prob pls help/advice.
