Salary not received

I was working in Wipro Infotech on fricassee payroll of Impact System, Pune. My last working day was 30th Oct. I had completed proper notice period as per the company's policy. But they are not giving me salary (for 40 days).

I have got re-leaving Letter & experience certificate.

Kindly suggest on the above issue.
