Non delivery of envelope

Dear Sir

I had posted an envelope containing some photographs from Post Office of Malaviya National Institute of Technology, J.L.N.Marg, Jaipur-302017 (Rajasthan) to Nadiad-380221 (Gujarat) on 11.12.08 at 10.15 hrs., but till the afternoon of 16.12.08 the same has not been delivered. Please see and inform me and also please suggest me that in future should I use this system of sending mail or the ordinary one? My No. ER 00581573 6 IN
