1. my envelope which POD no is 117979402 was dispatch on date 6/12 from mumbai to kanpur n your track sheet shown that on date 8/12 is received by Mr. S N Pandey but he said that he was not accept the envelope, so please take some strict action against Mr S N Pandey n find my envelope. his contact no is 09889430885.

2. second envelope which POD no is 121182341 was dispatch on date 8/12 from mumbai to kanpur, but today is 12/12 n yet i m not recieved the envelope so plsssssss send me envelope as soon as possible
