No redressal despite non-delivery of material

I am an IMS CAT exam correspondence preparation student from Gurgaon. I have not received my issue of Advance Edge magazine which they are supposed to send me every month since August. Despite many complaints they don't even bother to reply. I even went to my institute and they said we can't do anything in this regard. I am helpless with the situation. Despite agreeing on the delivery at the time of admission they are not delivering the material. They are ridiculous and causing me a lot of harassment.
