New Gas Connection

I don't get new gas connection from last two & half months even after announcement of distribution of new gas connection from Petrolium Ministry. I am stayed in Kalyan (w), Mumbai. The distributor does not give the exact time for receiving new gas connection. So please look into this issue and let me know when i will get new gas connection of Indian Gas for Home Purpose.
