Cylinder leakage

Dear sir,

i received a cylinder on 5/08 than i check the cylinder on 7/8, the cylinder was leaked from the neck of cylinder. i contact the agency (bayana gas service) but phone was no reply. than i complaint on 8/8, agency holder said, i have no cylinder in my stock, you bring the cylinder at my office. and my worker repair.

plz do something needful, this is very harmful.
