Hi, i purchased shoes worth rs.14000 from this shop called inc.5 in the last week of may, though i was there only to pick up one pair, i ended up picking up three pairs.this was because the attractive points scheme offered by them.
when i went to redeem my points last evening, they denied and said that i need to accumulate more points and make more purchases for redemption.the assistant manager there named Ali, had promised to me that my due points could be redeemed anytime and there were no terms and conditions for the same.he then confessed and accepted his mistake of giving me wrong information and forcing me to make more purchases.when i told the manager that the mistake was from their end and they needed to sort it out and redeem my points, he refused and starting talking rudely.i then took a product worth the same price and walked out of the store saying that they cheated me.as soon as i left, the assistant manager came out and started abusing and held my collar, tore my shirt and beat my friend with 3 other salesmen..i have undergone a surgery in my left arm in april and i have plate and screws fitted in my arm, i couldnt even retaliate since i was handicapped only with one hand.my friend had bruises all over his body. we have reported the same to the local p.s and even provided medical legal certificate.but we think that they have been let loose and me and my friend feel insulted and depressed when we think that the salesmen beat us up.we beg you to please take action as the entire system is corrupt and get us back our due points that were promised and the medical expenses we had to go through and compensation for the pain caused.
