Pan Card Not Received

Dear Sir,

This is regarding a new PAN CARD which was applied in the year of 2003. I have received a letter dated 08/05 from income tax department in which my pan number (AFOPD5148K) was mentioned. But after that my laminated PAN CARD was not been sent to me till now. I am very much in a need of my PAN CARD now. So pls take necessary steps to issue the PAN CARD at the earliest.
