Dear Sir

I have filed return for Financial year-05 on 6th Feb Ack No 0321000978 at ITO 3 (2), Varanasi claming Refund Of Rs 3984.00.

For Financial Year 06 I have filed Return on 6th Feb Ack No 0321000979 claming Refund of Rs 3500.00 .

For Financial Year 07 I have filed Return Electronically on 4/11/07 Ack No 8723690041107 claming Refund of Rs 4150.00 and hard copy of ITR V Filed on ITO 3 (2) Varanasi on 11/02 Ack No 32100511

I have made several enquiry in department they have told me For Year 05 & 06 Return was not processed by system although entry was made in system and entry No is 311.with this forum I request you to do some steps.
