IT Refund amount not received for 07 assessment year

Hi,

I am Nihar and my PAN No. is AJFPP1452K. I haven't received my refund amount for 07 and when I searched TIN site found the tax refund status as "Refund cheque returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided by you is incorrect" dated "07/05", now I don't know to whom to contact and how to correct the address. The address mentioned there was my permanent address and that's correct too. I tried contacting the Assessing Officer but in vain, nobody is picking the phone mentioned in the web.

I would really appreciate your timely help.
