Non reciept of cheque

Dear Sir,

I am an architect working in architect hafeez contractor's office and had filed my returns for the year 2007 and 2008 and was due to get two cheques for the same. Its been more than two years now and i have not yet recieved the same.

Kindly look into the matter and get me justice
