Wrongly entered my fhather's name in my pan card

I have issued PAN (No. APPPA7161J) card in which my father name is entered as "AYACHITULA VENKATARAMA" but actually name is "AYACHITULA VENKATARATNAM". Please rectify the same. I hope the same may be get at the earliest.
