Non-receipt of IT Refund for the assessment year 08

My name is Jagdish Pandey. I am working in Ministry of Railways, New Delhi. I was supposed to get refund of Rs. 663/-for year 2008. One year has already lapsed but i have not yet got my IT refund. My PAN number is AGYPP7702N & designation of assessment officer is GSW 40 (4). Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
