PAN Card missing

My self Aniket Srivastava my pancard is missing from one month. My PAN card number is BWWPS1312J. I have already mail to you regarding this but there is no action till yet. I am facing lots of problems for missing pancard. This is humble request to you please do needfull for this. I hope you will surely respond of this mail.
