Non refund of my tax

Since 2006 I could not able to get my tax refund. It is been accumulated to amount INR 33, 871.

Whenever I enquire in the income tax department, they replied still the package has not come to them.

I had also submitted a query for tax refund to Income Tax Department, Tambaram, Chennai.

And for the last assessment I enquire in Trichy Office where I submitted my Income Tax Return.

Now we need to submit the coming year on or 31st July. Inspite the IT not refunding our funds why do they require every year to submit our income tax return.

No proper service to us when we enquire about our tax return...
