Non refund of income tax

I haven't yet received Income Tax refund for the Assessment year 07 and 2008. My PAN number is AFGPD6152B and my Income tax return was filed at Ward - 1, Bhilwara and Bikaner, RAJASTHAN respectively. Please help me.
