Refund not received

I filed my tax return for FY 07, Ass. Yr 07-08 on 19-6 2007. I had no taxable income, but TDS of Rs. 10, 297/- which I had claimed as refund. No refund has been received so far. When can I expect it? Who can be contacted on phone or email to find out. PAN NO. AHDPR0382C
