Regarding PAN Card

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Pan card to change my name before approx 1 year back, till now we have not received the PAN Card, while i have provided all necessary documents as they mentioned. Could you please let us know why such delay in processing for the PAN card application. Acknowledgement No. 881020200945625.

Please help me, i'm frusted with this.
