I have recieve my pan number APBPG8213R in the month of Augest but in my card my fathers name and date of birth is written incorrectly. It is written as V E GOLLAPALLI.The correct name is Gollapalli Victor ebinezer, the correct date of birth is 11-01-1990.So i request u to correct the mistakes and send me a new pan card.
