Corrected pan Card not received

There were two speeling mistakes in my PAN card, I applied for change of pan card through their authorised agent on 01 Dec. They promised that I would get my new card within 20 days. Now already 80 days are over. I have not yet received my card.

My acknowledgment slip no is 071500100184096 raised on 01 Dec. For the last two months i have been checking the status of my application which only shows that it is pending ewth NSDL for verification.

Request for early despatch of subject item at earliest.
