INCOME TAX REFUND
AY-06-07 and AY 08-09

I want to lodge a complaint against the Assessing officer for not processing the refunds of above mentioned Assessment years till date.

Both the returns were filed manually on hard copy along with Form 16. You are requested to kindly let me know who is the right person to contact for this, and what is the contact details of the person.
