Refund yet not received

Dear sir/madam,

Respectedly, Myself Raveesh Sikka. I am an insurance agent. I had filled my return on 26th july .in circle 27 (1) with Stamp receiving no. 2710130263. and applied for refund on 24th Feb.2009 amounting

to Rs. 12648/-. and I was told that I would get the refund through ESC in a weeks time in my ING VYAYSA Bank. but uptil now I have not received anything. My Pan Number is BBCPS3263D.

It would be very kind appraisel if you to the needful in this regard or suggest me some alternative.
