I witnessed my person to struggle with income tax official site which is the best example of non working on line services. There is no place on whole site to submit the return nor xml file genrates by any means and yes digital signature is not accepted by the site... after wasting 2 precious days I ve decided to join the mad rush of last minute return filing.
