i am customer of indian gas my customer no RK 411

i have booking one cylindr on dated 06/11/08 by phon the agency total ofter 7 day they no give me cylinder ofter 6 day i have contect them on deted 12/11/08 they total me to dey vichile not avaible so they send next day again many time phon but they not attaned the phon . and they no send the cylinder so plese do needfull action & i get the cylinder immediately
