Delebrated delayed delivery and less amount of gas

Sir;

I am consumer of M/s Domestic gas services, Aliganj, Lucknow, UP bearing consumer no. D-26938. The dealer has delebraely been delaying the delivery of my refill far last 7 to 8 chances, even after making many complaints to the dealer and zonal office. for example, I booked for refill on 20.12.2008 which was supplied on 26.12. that too after many requests and reminders. Again booked on 12.01.2009 vide booking no.4892 is yet not supplied. The preveous records of booking and supply may please be verified.

This is also to add that amount of gas is also less than standard which normally finish in 20 days in2 2 family.

you are therfore requested to look into and take necessary action.
