I am a customer of Indane with consumer no 3579 and have been registered with Shilma Gas services - Chettipadi, Parapanangadi, Malappuram Dst. I booked for refill gas cylinder on 29.01.2009 and my booking no is 6577 . Till now the cylinder has not been supplied and when contacted the agency told that it will take atleast two months to get a refill cylinder after booking. For the past one year this agency has been saying that delivery of refill cylinders are getting delayed because IOC is not giving enough cylinders to the agency and there is a shortage of and supply. We are staying in Calicut University Campus and there is no other source of fuel available to us and we are solely dependant on the Indane gas. Unavailability of gas cylinder in time renders a lot of hardships to me, Kindly take necessary action to streamline the distribution system of the gas agency so that the consumers will not be put to hardship for no fault of theirs.
An urgent and effective action is solicited.
