Delay in delivery

I Subhash Kumar, Consumer No.(U17550) having with agency M/s Rashmi Rathi Enterprises, Kankarbagh Patna-20 (Distributor code: 177164.

I have booked for a refill (order no. 11953 dated. 30/05/09) but even after today Cylinder not deliverd, when i met personally to distributor office directly they said they will take another 10 days to deliver the refill cylinder.

I request to concern authority to solve the problem.
