Duration for Booking

We are having an Indane gas connection with 2 cylinders. I would like to know the minimum duration for booking a cylinder with the dealer. Many dealers are booking after 21 days, whereas my dealer insists on minimum 30 days for booking. I request you to send an official confirmation in this regard.
